<p>Sunderland City Council (“SCC”) wishes to appoint a supplier to provide hardware and software, which allows SCC to undertake video surveys of the highway network, which uploads the surveys onto a condition analysis and display software system.</p> <p>Full details of the Council's requirements are noted within Schedule 1 - Specification of the Quotation Pack, which can be found on the NEPO Portal (Ref: DN628763).
