The appointed bidder is expected to hold ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity), ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems), ISO/IEC 27002:2013 (IT), ISO/IEC 27031:2011 (IT) and ISO 22313:2020 (Security) certification or equivalents, and Cyber Essentials Plus. The appointed bidder will be required to contract with Burges Salmon on a full flow-down of the terms of Burges Salmon's RM6204 CCS Framework Contract including specific terms applicable to each Call-Off Contract for which the bidder supports Burges Salmon.
