Rhondda Kitchen and Bathroom Works

Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms. This contract includes the renewal of 25 kitchens and 71 bathrooms, 2 additional WC’s, 1 Walk in Shower and 1 shower only and 2 full re-wires in a total of 91 properties. These works are being carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which have identified that the kitchens and bathrooms in the affected properties have reached the end of their life cycle. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
