provision of company HRIS services The scope of this tender is to provide Company HRIS Services for around 100 – 120 employees to the Net Zero Technology Centre, aiming to commence on or around the 1st of October 2022, renewable on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance for an anticipated period of 3 years, subject to yearly review. Further details of the scope are as follows: - Recruitment streamline and optimize the hiring experience using an ATS with options to link to other Recruitment websites, e.g. – LinkedIn, Indeed. Capabilities to score / review candidates on platform and option to add notes. - Induction / Onboarding with automated workflows and insights, automatic template creation e.g., offer letters generated on system - Core HR, Store personnel files including automated compliance with local regulations, e.g., right to work checks. Holiday booking / calculating - An app, employee self-service / ability to sign documents online - Performance, goals and 360 feedback recording - Benefits management, employee incentive and recognition options - Embedded insights, dashboards and Reporting - Organisational chart download - Send reminders to line managers e.g., probation due - Ability to integrate with other systems including IDSP provider software and LMS - Ability to upload our own NZTC content such as links or videos to be sent to new joiners
