Overview of ContractThe object of this tender is to establish a contract to appoint a supplier to undertake Catering Equipment Maintenance for Powys Teaching Health Board (from here on known as PTHB or the Client).Activities to be undertaken in this contract are:1. Annual planned service visits to carry out routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and minimise failures of the equipment. This would include advisories on the need to replace equipment as required.2. Reactive callout maintenance visits to fix unforeseen equipment breakdowns (within a mutually agreed timeframe).3. The provision of legislative checks includes but is not limited to Annual Gas Safe Inspections, Electrical Safety Checks, CO2 readings etc.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
