Tender description

<p>The London Borough of Hounslow would like to gauge the interest in letting a contract for the third party administration services of the Borough’s Fund of the Local Government Pension Scheme.</p> <p>A full range of pension administration services is required including starters, leavers, transfers, retirements, deaths, end of year processing and providing annual benefit statements to our members. Pensioner payroll is not part of the current contract and a decision has not yet been made on whether this will be transitioned away from the Council’s current provider. The contractor will need to have significant experience and demonstrable resilience of providing this service for other LGPS funds with market leading innovation and development to enhance the customer experience and client relationship. The contract is expected to be let from August 2024 for an initial period of 6 years.</p> Keywords: Pension administration
