Invitation to Tender for Catering Provisions

Tender description

Orkney Islands Council has a requirement to appoint suppliers / providers in relation to the supply and delivery of catering products to a number of authority establishments throughout Orkney. The required provisions are as follows: Fresh Milk, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Potatoes, Fresh Fish, Fresh Butchers Meat, Bread and Morning Goods, Frozen Food, Groceries and Provisions and Dairy Products. The Contracts will be collaborative in conjunction with Orkney Islands Council and NHS Orkney (Balfour Hospital). Orkney Islands Council and NHS Orkney have a requirement for the supply and delivery of catering supplies to a number of OIC and NHS Orkney establishments throughout Mainland Orkney, including the linked isles of Burray and South Ronaldsay and the inner isles (Shapinsay, Rousay and Hoy) with an anticipated start date commencing 1 November 2023 and into 2024 depending on the end date of the existing contacts.
