Tender description

Radius currently operates a Housing Management System (HMS) which has been in use for approximately two decades and we are seeking to move to a new or upgraded system. The catalyst for change is the need to replace the existing HMS system as it is outdated in terms of functionality in comparison to more modern systems, is not efficient in its current configuration and doesn’t meet our business needs. To continue to provide the highest possible quality of service to our customers we recognise that we need a modernised system to implement and integrate digital technologies that will allow us to deliver improved services to our customers. To achieve this aim we are seeking Tenders from suitably skilled and experienced consultants to support us with the initiation of this project via project/data readiness and procurement readiness support with respect to going to the market for a new or upgraded HMS solution.
