Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to NHS Employers. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE wishes to commission NHE Employers to publish both the Centre's Governance Maturity Matrix and an updated interactive Podiatry Toolkit on the NHS Employers website. The Maturity Matrix will be a self-help tool for employers across the NHS to use and have a narrative of how to use advanced practice with signposting to relevant resources. NHS Employers team will engage with employers through the dedicated networks with colleagues across the NHS on the governance and work with colleagues to develop good practice case studies. 2.1. Podiatry toolkit HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by NHS Employers as a current supplier for the following reasons: NHS Employers is the employers' organisation for the NHS in England, they have established networks with Human Resource Directors across the whole of England, as well as training and education leads, recruitment managers and apprenticeship leads which are key to ensuring the messages we want to raise in relation to the allied health professional workforce and advancing practice are heard by these workforce leaders. They are also part of the NHS Confederation and as such have established links to employers within Mental Health, Primary Care, and Integrated Care Systems, which will support our work in raising the profile across the entire system. NHS Employers host the current employers' guide to podiatry, mean this tool can be updated rather than created. The current users will be notified of the update, rather than the need to rebuild engagement from the ground up on another platform. This puts NHS Employers in an un-parallel position to publicise, socialise and engage with employers as they strive for a safe and effective workforce. https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal.
