Request for information for the provision of Direct Payments Service East Sussex County Council wishes to invite you to an opportunity to submit a survey response for the future provision of a Direct Payments Service. The current provision is due to end on 21 March 2024 the Council is currently reviewing the options available for the delivery of a Direct Payments Service from 1 April 2024 and would like to explore interest and information regarding these services from providers. The Council is undertaking this exercise to help inform the decision-making process. All information received in response to this request for information will be completely confidential and will be considered when shaping future services and no provider will have any advantage over another. Organisations not participating in this exercise will not be disadvantaged should any tendering process be pursued. Should a procurement exercise be undertaken, a separate notice will be issued. If you have any questions regarding this request for information, please contact us using the correspondence section of the portal. It is the responsibility of all providers to ensure that their registration details are correct on the portal, and that it is updated to account for any changes in individuals that are listed on your registration.
