Kerry Lot 1: Holy Cross Mercy School is a National school under the trusteeship of Bishop Ray Browne Diocese of Kerry Your attention is drawn to the attached Project Brief and particularly the proposed Schedule of Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: Four Classroom SEN Base 580.0 m2 Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 730 m2 Section B Reconfiguration of 4 classrooms of 214.2m2 Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 1064m2 Also External: Secure hard & soft play area 200 m2 Sensory Garden 100 m2 12 Parking spaces
