THIS IS A CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ONLY AT THIS STAGE SUPPLIERS SHOULD NOTE THERE IS A PLANNED SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT EVENT ON WEDNESDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER (more details available via www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk The requirement for this contract will be split into 2 lots. Lot 1 - Adult & Health The service will identify and support all adult carers 18+ to have the support they need to assist them in their caring role and to prevent carer breakdown. Lot 2 - Young carers and parent carers The Parent Carers and Young Carers Support Service will support the needs of parent carers who; • have a child / children under 18 years old with special educational needs and/or a disability. • Young carers under 18 who care for a sibling or family member.
