<p>THIS IS A CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ONLY AT THIS STAGE</p> <p>SUPPLIERS SHOULD NOTE THERE IS A PLANNED SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT EVENT ON WEDNESDAY 7TH SEPTEMBER (more details in the attachment to this advert)</p> <p>The requirement for this contract will be split into 2 lots.</p> <p>Lot 1 - Adult & Health The service will identify and support all adult carers 18+ to have the support they need to assist them in their caring role and to prevent carer breakdown.</p> <p>Lot 2 - Young carers and parent carers The Parent Carers and Young Carers Support Service will support the needs of parent carers who; • have a child / children under 18 years old with special educational needs and/or a disability. • Young carers under 18 who care for a sibling or family member.</p> Keywords: carers support
