Tender description

The Contracting Authorities wishes to appoint a single sole supplier for all requirements related to Apple equipment (including software) and other supporting products for managing Apple products such as MDM. The supplier should support the Contracting Authorities approach to creating a range of standardised products, through providing reduced lead times for common devices.The agreement will provide a robust warranty arrangement to support the devices purchased under the agreement, minimising the impact on end users as a result of any failure. It is also required that the supplier provides support and guidance to the Contracting Authorities on a wide range of corporate management software that will assist the IT Services department in the process of managing the ever-increasing percentage of Apple equipment.The Contracting Authorities requires access to device options that are at least comparable to the current provision.
