Soft Market Test - Multi-functional devices for Trafford, Tameside and Rochdale Councils

<p>We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market. We are looking to undertake a collaborative procurement exercise for Tameside, Trafford and Rochdale Council for the Provision of Multi-functional devices (MFD) devices and wrap around management print services for all council buildings. There will also be a requirement for Print Audit Services as access to the use of print management software (and support and maintenance of this software) to control, manage and report on the use of these machines and individual users. The intention is to contract with an MFD provider for a period of 5 years with 2 (Two) optional extension periods of up to 12 (Twelve) months. The three authorities are seeking to appoint one single provider for the range of office machines that will be situated at various locations, as well as the named educational establishments and libraries.
