Tender description

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board, which is to be used to fund services to support the development of the Better Health at Work Award in Primary Care Services in the North-East and North Cumbria, which is focused on facilitating a healthier workplace/workforce within the ICS and more specifically, primary care. This is for a 12-month period from 1 August until 31 July 2023. The provider of this service is Newcastle and Gateshead CCG (the below SLA was signed before CCGs moved to the ICB on 1 July 2022) Riverside House, Goldcrest Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 8NY
