The aim of the Public Relations (PR) Service provision is to supplement the service provided by the HIAL in-house Communications Department team. The purpose of this notice is to gather as much relevant information from expert Service Providers in this field to assist us in preparation for our planned tender. HIAL has a small in-house Communications Department that supports colleagues with internal and external communication and engagement advice and delivery, stakeholder management, events, marketing campaigns, and online presence - websites and social media. The aim of the Public Relations (PR) Service provision is to supplement the service provided by the in-house Communications Department team, by providing specialist advice and flexible assistance with media and stakeholder management, external crisis communication and reputation management. The purpose of this notice is to gather as much relevant information from expert Service Providers in this field to assist us in preparation for our planned tender.
