Provision of Leicestershire Holiday Activities and Food Programme – Holiday Clubs

Leicestershire County Council (the Council) is conducting a procurement to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in accordance with the Light-Touch Regime requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Council is inviting Providers to join the Leicestershire Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to supply holiday club places to children resident in Leicestershire who are eligible to receive benefits-related free school meals. HAF holiday provision is for school aged children from reception to year 11 (inclusive). The offer of free HAF holiday club provision will be available to all Leicestershire children in receipt of benefits-related free school meals. However, it is not expected that all eligible children will take up the offer of HAF holiday club places as attendance is voluntary. We are seeking provision to be delivered across the County and particularly targeting areas of greatest need. The holiday clubs will take place during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays. Holiday club provision must provide each child with; a healthy meal; engaging and enriching activities; opportunities to be physically active; nutritional education.
