Care and Wellbeing Services at Extra Care Housing Scheme Eastman Village (Klute House). Lot 1: Care and Wellbeing Services at Extra Care Housing Scheme Eastman Village (Klute House) for Harrow citizens aged 55 and over with frailty, physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or mild-moderate learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs who have been assessed by the Council as meeting the National Eligibility Criteria (Care Act, 2014) and who are either ordinarily resident within the London Borough of Harrow or are the responsibility of Harrow London Borough Council for supporting their social care needs. Lot 1: Care and Wellbeing Services at Extra Care Housing Scheme Eastman Village (Klute House) for Harrow citizens aged 55 and over with frailty, physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or mild-moderate learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs who have been assessed by the Council as meeting the National Eligibility Criteria (Care Act, 2014) and who are either ordinarily resident within the London Borough of Harrow or are the responsibility of Harrow London Borough Council for supporting their social care needs.
