HIAL operate from 11 airports, ranging from busy commercial sites such as Inverness and Sumburgh to a series of smaller rural locations. HIAL had a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to meet the following requirements, whilst offering best value in the expenditure of public funds.
