Project_20240 Provision of Catering Clydebank Leisure Centre

Tender description

WDLT requires a suitable provider for the provision of a Café Concession at Clydebank Leisure Centre. The Café is currently an integral part of the overall day to day service delivered within the Clydebank Leisure Centre. In addition to the Café/Bistro service it is expected that the contractor will also provide vending services, Birthday Party’s and Hospitality packages. As part of the contract, WDLT is looking for the contractor to pay a rental fee for use of the space. WDLT are also looking for the contractor to pay a % of sales from the café and vending machines back to the Trust. The contractor will also be required to provide all the necessary equipment not detailed within the standard list of items provided by WDLT to ensure the service is provided. A full specification and Service Level Agreement will form part of the contract.
