Cheshire West and Chester Council intend to commission Day Nursery provision at each of its six main Childrens Centres across the borough: Blacon, Portside, Stanlaw Abbey, Northwich Victoria Road, Over and Wharton. The Council intend to procure this service in October/November 2022 and would like to engage with the market to gain intelligence from providers on how organisations can meet local population need.
