Tender description
The Council awarded a contract for the appointment of a Service Provider for a Managed Security Operations Service. This provision will give the Council 24/7 monitoring for any potential cyber threats to ensure they can be caught immediately and that the Council can intervene at the earliest opportunity This procurement process was conducted as a call-off from the Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 12 Framework Agreement RM1557.12.
