Tender description

You are invited on behalf of SMG to submit a Tender for the Principal Contractor role to complete urgent conservation and maintenance works to the external façade of the Goods Office at the National Railway Museum (NRM) York. The successful tenderer will ensure that the works are undertaken and completed in compliance with the tender documentation and all statutory/regulatory guidance including Local Authority approvals, Building Regulations and CDM Regulations 2015.
