Tender description

Transparency purposes only. The aim of the contract will be to provide an external programme of professional supervision tailored for clergy, which will provide Army Chaplains with a long term professional and supportive relationship with a Pastoral Supervisor. Pastoral Supervision is part of a chaplain's continuing professional development but also support their professional wellbeing. This in turn will contribute to the delivery of their ministry in the British Army.
