Leitrim County Council invites tenders from Civil Engineering firms to provide an Engineer led Project Survey Team services for the preparation of detailed Site Resolution Plans (to include a Bill of Quantities and estimate of costs in respect of the works detailed in same; engagement of ancillary sub-contractors) and Tender Documentation for Seven Unfinished Housing Developments in North Leitrim. 1. Churchfield housing development at Dromahair, Co Leitrim; 2. Forest Grove housing development at Dromahair, Co Leitrim; 3. The Acres housing development at Dromahair, Co Leitrim. 4. Windmill Park housing development at Drumkeerin, Co Leitrim. 5. Melvin Fields housing development at Kinlough, Co Leitrim. 6. Oakfield Lawns housing development at Kinlough, Co Leitrim. 7. Carbry Coast housing development at Tullaghan, Co Leitrim. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the surveying and assessment of roads, footpaths, street lighting, drainage (both foul and surface water) and watermain services and open space areas in Seven unfinished housing estates in North Leitrim and the preparation of a remedial works schemes for the estates (Site Resolution Plans) and associated Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
