<p>Due to the approaching expiry of an existing contract Northumberland County Council are advertising to seek tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations with the intention of creating an improved framework of multiple Suppliers (on a non exclusive basis) who are able to deliver support for disabled children and young people within their homes and community.
