DCC Panel for the provision of Hazardous Materials Surveys

Tender description

Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Panel for the provision of Hazardous Materials Surveys for projects. The buildings/properties associated with the projects will vary in terms of their size and complexity. As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide one or more of the following specialist services using in-house resources or through the engagement of a sub-consultant  Management Asbestos Surveys (MAS)  Refurbishment/Demolition Asbestos Surveys (RDAS)  Lead Based Paint Surveys and Testing Services  Asbestos Surveys in the built environment & brownfield sites  Asbestos Consultancy Advisory Services It is intended that surveys to be provided will cover the following project types:  Refurbishment/upgrade of structures or parts of structures  Demolition of structures or parts of structures  Extensions of structures  Maintenance of structures  Building and associated works  Civil works Lot 247202: DCC Panel for the provision of Hazardous Materials Surveys Please see tender documents for full details
