Tender description

Due to the necessity for Professional Services for Property Valuations, Sales and Acquisition (via statutory and non-statutory processes) Galway City Council (GCC) is seeking prices for various services that GCC may require over the duration of this Framework. It is envisaged, that in the first instance, that the services will be used primarily by the Capital Projects Section but will be open to all Sections of the Organisation once the Framework is established. When GCC purchase any property, an independent market valuation of the property is required to ensure that we are getting Value for Money but also that the property is broadly in line with AMV (Advised Minimum Value) for the property and area. A structured report on the property with a recommendation for improvements and the AMV for the property, if different from the advertised value.
