Assistant Resourcing Specialist Rate of Pay: ?11.02 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Working from Home/Sandwell Council House, Oldbury Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative person to join our professional, high-performing Resourcing team for up to 3 months. As an Assistant Resourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Resourcing activities. You will cover all aspects of recruitment, including attraction, selection, clearances and on-boarding, you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. Ideally, you should have experience of working within a busy Resourcing environment and you must be able to show how you deliver excellent customer service. You will need to: o Have knowledge, skills and experience of Resourcing o Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to be an effective HR professional o Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent o Excellent knowledge of ICT packages Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. This role falls inside of IR35 No DBS is required for this role.
