VAT Consultancy Services for Pentre Awel Project (Construction and Operation)

Tender description

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking the provision of initial VAT advice for the construction of the Pentre Awel development and additional VAT advice as the project develops and becomes operational.The VAT advice sought by Carmarthenshire County Council will form part of the consideration in determining the financially most efficient and effective arrangements at each part of the project including, construction, development and the long terms operation. Advice is required to enable the Authority to apply VAT in the most cost-efficient way. The Authority consider it essential that there is continuity of advice throughout the stages of the development to ensure that the overall system benefits can be achieved.
