Uninterruptible Power Supplies & External Battery Modules Requirement

HM Coastguard's radio network is connected via 155 radio sites throughout the UK and all sites have Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) infrastructure which helps to mitigate the severity of a power outage. In order to make informed engineering and operational decisions, we need to be able to monitor the status of the UPS estate at all radio sites through the provision of a Network Interface Card (NIC) and ethernet cable linking each UPS to the on-site switch. We required 45 Uninterruptible Power Supplies & 85 External Battery Modules Requirement to complete a replacement project. This opportunity was a Further Competition run under Crown Commercial Services RM6068 framework, open to all Lot 2 suppliers.
