Taxi and Private Hire Marshalling Services

Tender description

Transport for London (TfL) is looking to undertake a procurement for Taxi and Private Hire Marshals (T&PHMs) to meet ad-hoc requirements for unforeseen events, some examples include industrial action, sporting events, festivals or other incidents or events as may be required at short notice. For this reason, the Service Provider must be able to provide a flexible and on-demand service, with capacity to deploy T&PHMs at short notice. Some of the key responsibilities of the T&PHMs include; organising and managing taxi ranks, taxi and private hire drop off areas and pre-booked private hire pick up areas, organising taxi sharing when it has been approved and authorised by TfL and providing information about travel options an facilities/amenities the area. Please can you express your interest in this potential upcoming procurement for T&PHMs by using the information in this advert by 12 noon on 15th August 2022. TfL is also issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) to gain insight into the market in terms of supplier appetite, capacity and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities.
