Supported Living Accommodation and related Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) Services in Bassetlaw

<p>Nottinghamshire County Council require two Supported Living schemes within the Bassetlaw district of Nottinghamshire.</p> <p>To meet this requirement a Care, Support and Enablement Provider is required to facilitate the provision of the accommodation schemes via their relationship with a Housing Provider and meet the Care, Support and Enablement needs of the people residing at the schemes.</p> <p>The two accommodation schemes that are the subject of the tender are configured in two Lots - Lot 1 &amp; Lot 2. Bids may be submitted for either one, or both of the Lots.</p> <p>The Contract will have a maximum term of 25 years.
