Tender description

Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership required a specialist stairlift organisation to provide maintenance, inspection, repair services to DGHP properties where applicable. As part of this contract, the supplier may be required to design, remove or install stairlifts and associated equipment. The contract is for the design, survey, installation and maintenance of adapted products, stairlifts, and associated services for DGHP homes across the Dumfries and Galloway region. The supplier is to ensure that each product is tailor made to the requirements of each individual DGHP customer and their property including, but not limited to: - stair lifts and hoists - through floor lifts - heavy duty stair lifts and hoists. - step lifts. The supplier is to carry out annual maintenance checks and repairs as required. All repairs must restore the product to full working order.
