The purpose of this procurement is to engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent contractor to undertake Sustainability & Multi Element Improvement works at St Johns Close: St. Johns Close comprises 48nr General Needs 1-bedroom flats, contained within a single block, spread over three floors. The apartments are accessed via communal stairwells/corridors. Remedial works to individual dwellings and communal areas will include: • DPC installation and all associated works. • Kitchen replacement. • Rainwater goods replacement. • Window and door replacement. • Roof remedial works. • New bathrooms. • Rewiring of building, • New renewable energy heating system and photovoltaics installation. • External Cladding of building. • Fire Protection Works. • Internal & external redecoration. • Carpet replacement, vinyl floor replacement in kitchens and bathrooms. • Creating a new landscaping area to rear of building. Duration of works will be 96 weeks from commencement date
