Tender description
This contract will be awarded via the negotiated procedure without prior publication as an extension of PO 7590- Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement Programme (SSEIP), the education programme that MottMacDonald T/A Cambridge Education are delivering. Lot 1: 1. DFID Sierra Leone is implementing a programme of support to the education sector — the Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement Programme (SSEIP) over the next 5 years, 2016/17 to 2020/21. The SSEIP seeks to support the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) to improve learning outcomes for boys and girls at upper primary and secondary level and to increase the enrolment, retention and well-being of girls in school. Additional information: FCDO will be extending the contract beyond the period published in the original Tender and Terms of Reference. The extension period requested is exceeding the limit set in the Terms of Reference and will now end on 31st March 2023.
