Services for Unpaid Carers in the Bradford District

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council wishes to inform organisations of its proposals for service for unpaid carers. These include proposals on services for unpaid adult and young carers. The Council are aiming to launch a tender for the above mentioned services later this year, the indicative launch date being September 2022 with an estimated date of implementation of the new contract in April 2023. We want to continue to work with the market in a co-production phase of the service specification design to ensure it reflects good practice and results in services that help people have a good life, meet their needs and keep them safe. The Commissioning Team will be holding a meeting to discuss our proposed approach to the recommission and procurement on: • 30th August 2pm-3.30pm This meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams.
