Registered Manager Rate of Pay: £22.09 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 37 hours Location: Willow Gardens, Harvest Road, Rowley Regis Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We are seeking temporary cover from an experienced registered manager to support one of our extra care schemes in Rowley Regis, Sandwell. We require the applicant to have been registered with Care Quality Commission within the last 5 years. You must be highly motivated, and able to support the development of the service during the temporary absence of the Extra Care Manager. As a new scheme registered with CQC your main responsibilities will be to ensure systems are implemented and robust in preparation for inspection by the commission. It is your responsibility to work with colleagues across the directorate and externally to ensure relevant safeguarding concerns are raised and actioned, and that all tenancy agreements are upheld, again taking relevant action where required. You will also be responsible for the day to day oversight of the management of the scheme and responsible for ensuring all repairs and maintenance are reported and actioned accordingly. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs.
