Tender description

Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking offers from suitable organisations to undertake a fully Measured Term Contract for Electrical Repairs & Maintenance to both Commercial and Residential Properties which shall ensure that Dumfries and Galloway Council carry out the maintenance of the Integrity of the building fabric and services. The contract will be tendered as one contract for four geographical areas and are to be priced separately with a priced schedule required for each area. Tenderers must apply for all four areas. The geographical areas are Wigtownshire, Stewartry, Nithsdale, Annandale & Eskdale.
