<p>The Council provides a range of short breaks and respite care services for children and young people with complex needs. This type of care is essential for supporting young people with disabilities to live at home. The Local Authority has a statutory responsibility in the Children and families Act 2014 to provide short breaks for disabled children and young people which will support their family life as part of the Oxfordshire local offer.
