Maintenance of Refrigeration Equipment via NOE CPC Estates and Engineering Services (Hard FM) Lot 1

<p>This contract is for maintenance of refrigeration equipment installed at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals. Warrington Hospital, Lovely Lane, Warrington, WA5 1QG Halton Hospital, Hospital Way, Runcorn, WA7 2DA</p> <p>The refrigeration equipment to be included but not limited to is:&nbsp; Split type air conditioning units (including those with duct mounted DX coils),&nbsp; Air cooled water chillers, ? Cold rooms,&nbsp; Mortuary body stores,&nbsp; Ice making machines and cabinet refrigerators including domestic,&nbsp; Pharmacy and laboratory types.</p> <p>A thorough planned preventative maintenance regime is required, in addition to an emergency call out service which shall operate 24 hrs per day, 365 days per year without exception with provision of a call out response time of a maximum of 4 hours at all times.</p> <p>The commencement date for this contract is the 3rd October 2022 Only suppliers listed on the NOE CPC framework can bid for this contract.</p> Keywords: Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Maintenance, Water Chillers, Mortuary, Cold Rooms
