<p>Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for the development of a clear and consistent place-based narrative for Luton.</p> <p>Luton is undergoing a significant transformation journey, and to support this work; we are developing a new place brand identity to strengthen our profile locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.</p> <p>We are seeking to commission the development of a clear and consistent place-based narrative for Luton, built on our vision for Luton 2040 and seeking to make our town an attractive destination for people to live, work, visit, study and invest so that everyone in our town can thrive.</p> <p>We would like the successful organisation(s) to develop a place brand strategy and narrative for the town as a whole, including the town centre and our inward investment offer and create new marketing collateral/assets to support the delivery of the new strategy.
