Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig (hereafter Cadwyn Clwyd), in partnership with Denbigh County Council (DCC), Flintshire County Council (FCC) and Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC), wish to commission a consultant to undertake a project evaluation, with written mid-term and end of project evaluation reports, of the NEW Digital Access project, part of Welsh Government’s Rural Development Plan - Cooperation and Supply Chain Development scheme.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=123715.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
