Tender description

This service provides MOD Suppliers with a user front end to enable them to manage purchase orders and generate and transmit, outbound to CP&F, messages and transactions relating to Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), receipts, and invoices. These messages and transactions route back by the service into the MOD’s CP&F system. It also provides an integration pass-through to facilitate exchange of messages between CP&F and MOD Suppliers. Following an appropriate level of matching within CP&F the MOD Supplier is then paid via BACS. It is the Authority's intention to extend the existing contract by 15.5 months to enable re-competition of this service. This notice is not a request for expressions of interest so please do not apply to be invited to tender. This notice advises that the Authority has decided to award a contract on a single source basis and is published for reasons of transparency.
