Description:- The Employer, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing wishes to undertake Servicing & Maintenance contract to the Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting & AOV systems throughout a range of 165 buildings, community bases, sheltered living schemes and hubs. The Employer is seeking the services of a competent and capable Contractor to deliver these works. Lot 1: The works include the testing, inspection, servicing, maintenance and replacement of consumables for the fire alarm and emergency lighting installed throughout the borough in buildings detailed in the tender documents
