<p>Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council currently commissions a Domestic Abuse Service. We are proposing to change our service model in response to legislation, national strategic direction and local system working. We have held one market engagement event and following that, we would like to invite prospective providers to a second event at which the Authority wishes to&nbsp; present greater detail on the model&nbsp; consult with the market to upon the service specification&nbsp; understand the feasibility, capability, and capacity to procure an innovative and individual needs led Domestic Abuse Service.
