The services which are subject to these contracts are Accommodation and ancillary services for refugees arriving in Ireland as a result of the Ukrainian conflict include: • Catering services • Cleaning, • laundry facilities; • The provision of certain consumables; • Security services, Such services are considered “social and other specific services” as set out in Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU and covered by the Light Touch Regime. Lot 1: The services which are subject to these contracts are Accommodation and ancillary services for refugees arriving in Ireland as a result of the Ukrainian conflict include: • Catering services • Cleaning, • laundry facilities; • The provision of certain consumables; • Security services, Such services are considered “social and other specific services” as set out in Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU and covered by the Light Touch Regime. For clarity, the contracts awarded and listed in this Contract Award Notice were directly awarded and as such any detail above relating to award criteria or weightings etc. is not relevant.
