Tender description

The delivery of Showcase Scotland is a unique event where the supplier must hold the credentials and experience to create, plan and deliver a programme for the event. Under Regulations 6.(1)(b)(i) of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016, a contracting authority may award a public contract without seeking offers in relation to the proposed contract based on the following justification: Where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons - the aim of the procurement is the creation or acquisition of a unique work of art or artistic performance.
