Cornwall Public e-bike Hire Scheme

Tender description

Cornwall Council uses the Supplying the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk to advertise all tender opportunities. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain access to the council's e-tendering system (Proactis). Cornwall Council aims to provide, through a third party operator, a series of public e-bike hire opportunities through the provision and ongoing operational management of docking stations and e-bikes located in Falmouth/Penryn, St Austell, Truro & Penzance. These are the chosen pilot areas and if the pilot is successful the procurement exercise allows for the expansion of e-bikes and docking stations into other suitable locations.
